Party (the word in Law) means a person or a group of people, business or governmental agency entity that enters into a contract, lease, deed, etc. whom involved in a court action. In a judicial proceeding, the first two principals whom have entered into the contract or agreement. The first party as a litigant (plaintiff) one who would assert a claim makes a defense and controls the proceedings. On the adverse second party (defendant) a person who answer the first party's complaint and give the evidence to against the claim or remedy.
